Terms of Service

We accept walk-in and online bookings for all treatments.

ONLINE BOOKING: When booking online, you will never be asked to disclose any sensitive health data or medical information over the phone.

WALK-INS: Treatments are subject to availability. We highly recommend calling ahead to check.

DEPOSIT: IMAJ requires a $50 deposit that goes towards your final bill. This is partially refundable - you may receive a full refund of your deposit if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will result in a forfeit of your entire deposit.

CANCELLATION FEE: We request that you please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You will also be charged an additional late cancellation fee of $10. Please arrive on time to your appointment to avoid these fees, and so we can reschedule you right away.

CHECKING IN: Once you arrive at the clinic for check-in, you will be required to disclose allergies, relevant medical history, and medications you are taking to limit the possibility of adverse reactions. Please communicate clearly with our Clinic Manager if and when you have any questions or concerns.

CODE OF CONDUCT: To ensure a positive experience for all, we ask that our clients please arrive on time and follow all clinic policies and care instructions.
